Please trim up this palm so that people don’t have to duck under it when passing on the sidewalk. The palm is located between the street and the sidewalk. The branches extend into the sidewalk path and are very low. Trimming them will hopefully clear the path for sidewalk traffic.

Standing water in the gutter of the street for over a week now. Blocking the crosswalk! Days after rain has stopped water remains because there is absolutely no where for it to drain!!

Extremely uneven sidewalk. Many of the text tiles are cracked or broken and one is practically sitting above all of the other tiles kind of that we have watched several people trip and fall.

Tree trimming removal

Garbage truck broke our telephone line from the utility pole.

My mom, who’s just over five feet tall had to duck under the branches covering the sidewalk!!!!!!!!!!!!

This tree is in the alley between Monticello Blvd and MLK. The tree branch extends over high power lines and makes contact during high wind storms on both sides.

Possible underground water main break

This debris has been here since HURRICANE IRMA! We followed the directions provided and spent a significant amount of time placing this pile for pickup which has never happened. Its February 7, 2018 and this pile is STILL in my driveway. Incidentally, my neighbor has a similar pile that has been neglected by the City for pickup. Hurricane Irma is long gone and it's a shame that the sanitation department passes these piles numerous times a week and have never done anything about it. THIS IS NOT THE FORST TIME THESE PILES HAVE NEEN REPORTED. THERE HAVE BEEN NUMEROUS REQUESTS TO THE CITY TO COME AND COLLECT THIS DEBRIS FROM HURRICANE IRMA!!!!!!!!!

Fire hydrant road marker is worn away. Only a very small portion remains. Traffic and fire should be notified.

This brush from Hurricane Irma has been sitting curbside in our alley for weeks. We were not given directions.

After storm water management project grass sod was placed but has since died. With all the rain, now would be a good time to replace it and ensure adequate water to sustain it until it's established.
