Apartment complex regularly leaves bags of trash and bulk items in the alley, blocking vehicles and drawing rats. Please cite and fine the property mgmt company for repeated offenses.

The management and tenants of this apartment building regularly dump household trash, bulk items, and construction debris in the alley. We have a terrible rat problem as a result. Please hold the management company accountable with stricter fines and tax penalties for their regular abuse.

House next door (105 Rhode Island Ave NE) has been vacant for 5 years and is swarming with rats. There are a number of small rats running around from under front porch and burrowing under tree in back yard. Please start fining the owners of this vacant property soon!

The young tree in the median in front of 107 Rhode Island Ave NE was knocked over last year and was never replaced. We'd love to get a replacement put in to help dampen sound and pollution from traffic on this block. Thanks!

Residents dump trash everywhere in the walkway behind the apartment building and there has been a huge rat problem as a result of trash being thrown everywhere.

This tree was recently removed, but the stump hasn't yet ground down. We'd like to request a new tree this spring, but can't until this tree box has been cleared. Since there's another large stump on our block, I hope they can both be taken care of at the same time. Thanks!

Several street lights along Brentwood Pkwy outside of the KIPP high school are out. Now that it is darker earlier, it is very dangerous for cars and children since the street lights are not on.

The old oak tree between 105 and 107 Rhode Island Ave NE is unfortunately looking quite sick - the leaves never came in on many sections of the tree this year, and we've had big, heavy branches fall off and land on our porch during storms this spring. It's a beautiful tree, so we would hate to lose the shade and privacy it provides us, but I also don't want to risk part of it falling on our house, so please feel free to call me if there's anything we can do to keep it healthy - 202-577-3896, Tom Clark.

There has been an un-permitted dumpster parked in front of 113 U St NE for months without any information/permits and reserved parking signs that expired in November.
