Recycling collection for the entire alley was missed

Tree limb was hit by off-loading truck and now nearly half of tree is blocking the Eastbound lane of Constitution Ave NE.

Strings of seasonal lighting are tightly wrapped around the trunk of the curb tree in front of the business. The wire is starting to indent into the tree trunk - see photo.

A car port has been constructed over the entire driveway on the 6th Street, SE side of the property and very visible from the street.
This is within the Capitol Hill Historic District - please assign an Historic Preservation Inspector.

Alley recycling collection missed for entire block

Owner installing paving on public space without a permit - primarily on South side of the property.

Metro Access driver turning vehicle around on the 19 Street NW sidewalk - a pedestrian safety issue. Driver could have stood the vehicle on 19th Street to off-load a patient instead of driving onto the 19th Street NW sidewalk in front of the 1011/1075 19th Street, NW address.

Dog feces was not picked up in tree space in front of 639 Constitution Ave NE. Due to multiple Air B&B’s in area, really need a “pick up pet waste” sign posted nearby.

This property is located in the Capitol Hill Historic District. The "Wish" organization has been systematically replacing the building's original wood windows with undersize vinyl replacement windows. There are no permits displayed on site and do not know if a permit and Historic Preservation approval was obtained for the work. The attached photo shows a new window installation in progress on the alley side of the building - visible from the street. Please inspect and take appropriate action.

The developer for the old Hine School has restored a new 700 block of C Street SE, but few, if any regulatory signs. Need correctly located stop signs and no parking signs. Currently, without signage, the sidewalk is often blocked by parked vehicles. The eighth street end also needs signage and proper stop lines.

Shopping carts stolen from Trader Joe's are stashed behind 631 Constitution Ave NE - visible from 15 foot alley off Constitution

Looks like heavy vehicle drove over curb onto an electrical vault cover on the sidewalk. Cover over vault is broken and bent below sidewalk grade. Very close to 19th St NW crosswalk.
