    Request pruning of dead overhanging branches on city protected street tree on the Greeley side ( south east )of 701 Colquit St. corner. Already big branches have fallen and one fell on our neighbors car causing $500 worth of damage. Meanwhile the city is doing major street and infrastructure construction and cut into the roots. I was informed by the COH urban forester to have you come out and properly trim tree. Thank you

    Corner of 701 Colquitt / Greeley. Needs a ROAD BLOCK and repair IMMEDIATELY!!! This is located directly in line of storm sewage and new water line. Better catch it before a huge wheel goes in it. Industrial, postal and school buses make these turns. I just put a cone there.

    Last week water SUBCONTRACTORS fed pipe under sidewalk causing it to raise the sidewalk enough to create a damn and redirect water to my building. I have two gutters directed toward street and not they are completely blocked. All I ask is that they break up that part of the sidewalk so as to allow water flow. PREVENTION.

    After spending the $ to create a better drainage from my back building on TWO corners, the recent water pipe pushed under the concrete has caused the sidewalk to shift and raise by an inch or more and and create a dam that will cause water to flow back into building. This stretches across my driveway by the garage door and back gate that is often used 😳. I kindly brought it to the attention to the super and he said he would address it but chose to ignore and move on.
    That means next hard rain water will be increased in my building and entry area. And it does not tale much and that is why I took these measures.
    Please some accountability with an immediate solution is much appreciated.

    Obstructive views in esplanade. One can not see oncoming causing multiple traffic accidents. The 600 and 700 block of Richmond have 9 or 10 bushes that need REMOVAL not trimmed. The person that planted them moved away. Yesterday was yet another accident with an ambulance that caused it to have to be delayed by three hours and towed. Many area residents have complained and they never get removed. They need REMOVAL killed. No more. Just leave the trees. No one will maintain bushes on a regular basis. Please use common sense and prevent another accident . Thank you if you do
