There is an asphalt patch in front of 1347 Arella, in the middle of the street. (It's where a sewer line was connected to the main line.) The patch started sinking a couple of years ago and you did a great job fixing it. Unfortunately, the patch is starting to sink again. It's about 1-2 inches down right now but continues to sink. Can anything be done so we don't slam our cars into it? Thank you very much!

Water coming out of our faucets is orange/brown this morning. Can you tell us what's going on? It's affecting houses up and down our street but not sure how wide spread the problem is. Thanks!

There seems to be a water leak of some kind that is flowing down the curbside even though there isn't any snow melting anymore or anything draining into the street. It is originating in front of 1326 Arella Blvd. (I think it's 1326) and flowing into the drain in front of 1332 Arella Blvd.( The street drain is just past my house and it's going into that.) Water main break/leak??? There doesn't seem to be a source for it except coming up through the street/curb right in front of 1326. Something is wrong. Thank you for checking it out.

A few months ago, the house on the end of Arella (by Stadium) had their orangeburg tile replaced. The big patch in the street (it covers where the sewer line meets the city line) was flat for awhile. It is now sinking into the ground. The "dip" in the road is getting really bad. I'm afraid it will turn into a big sink hole if not repaired quickly. It drops a little more every day. Dangerous for drivers. Please check it out!

I just wanted to thank you so much for your very quick response in removing large tree limbs that had fallen on my property and on my mom's property (2615 Overridge).
