Traffic light no power.

There is a traffic signal turned to face Everett St that's supposed to be facing either 5th or Carter. This causes conflicting and dangerous red and green light combinations.

Red left turn arrow burned out. Car almost got hit turning across traffic because oncoming traffic had green.

When heading from Seaport Blvd onto Oliver St, there needs to be arrows in the lanes indicating left vs straight. I've seen people go straight onto Oliver from both lanes, and people turn left onto Purchase St from both lanes. I'm surprised there aren't more sideswipes.

Red left turn arrow is burned out by Logan Express.

School Zone sign blocked by tree. Also, the two signs at either end of the zone aren't in sync. One direction is flashing while the other isn't.

Green light burned out

School is out for the summer, but the School Zone warning lights are still turning on and off at their usual schedule. They should stay off until the fall.

Westbound by TD Bank

Pedestrian gives a walk signal every cycle even when button is not pushed, making cars wait in all directions for no reason.

Traffic light for Lincoln St eastbound is twisted and facing Bolton St causing a confusing and unsafe situation.

Traffic from East Main St. turning right onto Main St often can't see the signal for their direction. Instead, they're directly facing the lensed signal for Brown Street which you can still see when it's red or green. Drivers unfamiliar with the area often either wait for that light to turn green, or make their turn when it does turn green and almost hit traffic exiting from Brown St.
There should specifically be a signal on the pole by Jake's Cafe for traffic turning from East Main.
