    174th ST. from Hohman to Lyman is a sheet of ice. Also the surrounding streets of 7400 Meadow Lane Ave, Southmor, Lyman. After snow no plowing down until it have been drivien on making it a sheet of ice. VERY DANGEROUS. Didnt Hammond buy any salt this year??? This problem is every year. Surrounding communities of Munster, Highland and even Dyer have clean streets. Why can Hammond get it right? Someone isn't doing their job when it comes to snow removal. I wish McDermott would come over here and drive this neighborhood and see how he likes it......unless he already knows and doesn't care which I can believe.
    Very frustrating dealing with this issue every year.

    Reference Issue ID: 1428441 (2 years ago) Their Mercury Mountaineer finally got plates. The got rid of their PT Cruiser and now have a black Ford suv. But still using ILLINOIS plates. It is kept mostly in the garage. Hiding it like they did the pt cruiser. Does sit in driveway occasionally. 8 years living there and hasn't paid any excise tax. Must be nice.
