    On several occasions, I've been stuck at the light for the circle on County Line Rd. that goes around lukoil gas station. I've had to sit there and see all the other lights around it go through their cycles 4+ times, leaving me no choice but to illegally turn on red to leave the circle. This needs to be fixed!
