    Some illegal dumping occurred in the large cans in the alley behind my address. I have personally cleared two of the containers of the old fence material which will have to be picked up at a later date. However, there is no reason that sanitation can not empty most of the containers now in the alley which they did not do today.

    Seems that some contractor dumped old fencing in several of the large trash bins in the alley behind my address. I guess they didn't want to pay the fee. At any rate, the pieces are the full 6' and sticking out of the bins. Some were also in the alley itself with nails sticking up - those I have removed. This makes it impossible for residents to use the containers for normal trash. Must have been done overnight or very early in the morning. I saw it around 8a.

    This house was recently sold. The former owner dumped some old furniture in the alley about a month ago where it still remains. I live at 771 and have gotten rid of some of the trash but the heavier pieces will need a special pickup. Likewise with the property directly across the alley. Thank you.
