    The civic association has had conversations and correspondence with the daughter of the owner about the numerous unsightly cars in the yard, none of them using anything that resembles a driveway and often improperly tarped. The problem continues, to the distress of nearby neighbors who have to look at this eyesore of a property every day. Please have a conversation with the occupants and reach out to the owner or his daughter.

    This house has a construction permit and is supposedly being monitored by the building department. Two days ago some sort of concrete slab was poured and the contractor poured his leftovers into the street. Some cars have had to drive around the roadway to get over it. The PD was notified to have someone from the city come out and speak with the neighbor on Alcazar who witnessed it but this has not happened. Please investigate asap and have the contractor come out and break up and remove the mess he made. Neighbors are not happy.

    Owner of this rental property had a large tree cut down several days ago and put the wood in the front yard. We think he is waiting for someone to want it and take it but the pieces are huge and probably can't be lifted. So it's going to sit there and rot.
