None of our streets have been plowed even once. Westerleigh and Lawncrest.
It is now 2:30 PM and the snow started at 4am

On the corner of Whalley Ave and Harrison St. the hydrant is leaking water. The sign on the unit says Out Of Service. But the street is wet

There is a very large tree branch and wires down on Harrison Street. It is blocking half the street.

The lighting in the West Rock, Heros Tunnel, going both ways, is very poor. More than 50 % of the lights in the ceiling are out.
Traffic comes to a standstill most often when there is a lot of cars. The lights will help cars move at the speed limit of 55 instead of slowing down to below 40. Then they pick up speed.

The large tree on the tree line is now leaning on my roof. It is blocking the attic vent. Thank you for the consideration.

There is a pothole at the bus stop right along side the stop light control pole. It is about 6 inches deep and a good foot across. The buses have a very narrow margin to avoid it.

The street lamp at the corner of Lawncrest and Fountain St. is out. the pole number is 8324.

The bus lane light signal button has been knocked down. It is lying in the green space.

There are two trees in the green space at the bus depot on the island at the bus stop. One of the trees is dead. It was just in the past month that it died. It needs to be removed. thank you.

There is disturbing graffiti written on the bridge crossing the Merrit Parkway on Litchfield turnpike. It should be painted ASAP.

On the corner of Westerleigh Road and Lawncrest Road, there is a very large, dead tree. A few months ago, Parks came through and trimmed hanging branches over the street. Since then the tree died. It has been a problem over the years with falling branches, but now it is serious.

I love to walk and have been so disappointed in the trash all along Whalley Ave from the Walgreens mall all the way down to McDonalds. There is trash everywhere and the businesses do not clear the trash and weeds from the sidewalks to the curb. We want people to respect our city, let us take care of the land just outside our doors.

Yesterday, 7/21, I drove down Chapel St and between the Boulevard and Yale Ave, the street is littered with trash. It is such a beautiful section of town and the litter is appalling. Maybe one fix would be a few garbage bins that are in most public places. Many people use this area to access the water pond and the fields.
