    The stop sign at 11th and K Street NE has blown over (or was knocked over). This for traffic heading east on K Street. cars are no longer stopping.

    The base of metal streetlight at the South East corner of 11th and K st, NE is broken and open. Today was the second time I found two syringes and a used glass pipe hidden in there. Please repair so that it can't be used to hide drugs and drug tools. There are children that play and walk to school past there every day.
