This property is under development and is fenced. The area between their fence and the sidewalk is a city easement. The owners are not cutting the grass/weeds in this area. Please have them do it. Thanks

For the past two Sunday mornings, from about 12:30 am until 2:00 am, a vehicle has been pulled up in the parking lot the the IHOP at this location, loud music with the bass turned all the way up, rattling the windows of our units and preventing sleep. Calls to the St. Pete police have not yielded any relief. After many attempts, I have finally procured the e-mail address of the property manager. It is . I have sent him (Don) this message, which I hope will help you assist us in stopping this problem:

Dear Mr. Snyder,
I am reaching out for your help in solving a problem that is occurring at your IHOP property at the above location.
For the past two Saturday(s), well, actually Sundays, as the occurrence is between 12:30 am and 2:00 am, there has been a vehicle in your parking lot that abuts our senior condo property, which is blasting music at a hugely loud volume with the bass all the way up, which rattles the windows of our units, and can be heard at a loud volume inside our units.
The St. Pete police are reticent to help us in that we are not the property owners, so I am asking you to help us in this regard.  I know you are not here when the problem is occurring, but could you please let the St. Pete police department now that you have become aware of the problem and support enforcement of the infraction and the stoppage of the problem when it originates on your property?

Maximo Park. Any chance we could pave the parking areas by the picnic pavilions?

The grass on the strip along 37th St. S. is cut for some reason, in two stages. The outer edges are cut by one crew, and the center by another, and never on the same day. Currently, the center section has not been cut for over two weeks, and the grass is knee high. This two-step method makes no sense. If during one session, the mower just made about six more passes, the whole thing would be done and be useable. As it is now, the hodgepodge cutting schedule make the park unusable unless one wants to walk through knee high grass.

The Skyway Mall is once again dumping indoor discards at the northwest corner of their property, consisting of sofas, bedding, credenzas, etc. It is unsightly and a code violation. These are repeat offenders and need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

They're at it again. Skyway Mall is again piling up the indoor furniture outside at the northwest corner of their lot. This time they have put bedroom dressers, bar stools, and other assorted junk there. Please have them remove it.

There is a huge ficus tree that fell onto a car in the driveway during Hurricane Irma, on Sept 10/11, 2017 (over six months ago). The fallen tree and the car it crushed have been sitting in the driveway ever since. I am certain that this eyesore is adversely affecting property values. Please have the property owners remove the tree and car.

The property where this outdoor storage is located -- 4301 34th Street S. (Skyway Marina Mall). The items are stored behind the building at the far northwest corner of the property. It has been there for well over a month. It consists of indoor furniture, including, but not limited to upholstered chairs (about 15), tables, entertainment systems or parts of same, box springs, and mattresses. It is an eyesore in our neighborhood. Please make them remove it.

This shopping center has grass/weeds over on foot in height, especially at Skyway Ace Hardware, along 48th Avenue S., but also along 42nd Avenue S.

Atwater's BBQ at this location displays sandwich board and other make-shift homemade signs all around the perimeter of the parking lot. I am sure this is not what the City had in mind when it established the "Skyway Marina District". This looks horrible. Why are they allowed to get away with this? Please investigate and make Atwater's comply with proper signage requirements.
