    Park strip (where the bricks and parking meters are) was ice covered and slippery at 6:45 Monday night. After picking myself up, I called the Library to let them know deicing was needed. They said the city handled the sidewalk area. The concrete sidewalks were fine, but the bricks were VERY slippery.
