    This is the 3rd time I have opened this same exact ticket. IT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED SO DO JOT CLOSE THIS TICKET YET AGAIN. This tree branch has been sitting out on the sidewalk for nearly 3 weeks now. This is now this 3rd time it has been reported. Why can't someone from city services just drive by and haul it away?? Why do we have to constantly file new tickets for every single tree and every single fallen branch??? Just do a general sweep of the entire street every couple days and scoop it up!! It isn't that hard to figure out. Please get some consistent and regular service to keep our sidewalks clean!!!!!

    If you close this ticket again without hauling away this tree branch I will be calling your supervisors and calling the mayors office to complain about the incompetent service. I repeat, DO NOT CLOSE THIS TICKET UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE REQUESTED ACTION.

    There is a rug on the corner of 2nd and Randolph NE that has been sitting out there for a month. I opened 2 previous tickets on this and both times DC 311 closed the tickets saying it was clear. IT IS NOT CLEAR. Please check the corner address again and remove this illegal dumping from the sidewalk !

    A plastic bag has been blown and stuck high up on this tree branch for several months. Could someone please prune this branch or find some way to remove the plastic bag? The tree is in front of the 1915 building on 2nd St. NE
