My neighbor (every year) refuses to cut their onion grass. It is now well over 12 inches tall. This neighbor refuses to keep up with basic home maintenance and yard work.

La Z Boy in alley behind house needs to be picked up. Apparently the alley scavengers deemed it unworthy of taking.

A large limb fell this evening on Park Avenue in front of 4301 and is blocking the parking land and half a travel lane when headed East. This is from a tree which has previously been trimmed a few times and unfortunately may need to come down. Hopefully if it is decided to take it down, a new tree will be planted in its place.
