    Manhole cover was sitting in the middle of the road and people where running over it with their cars. A pedestrian put it back in place (almost got run over) but it appears that this cover has been recently replaced and does not fit well.

    The crosswalk at Hillsborough St and Ashe keeps asking someone to "say password". It happens approx every 10-15 seconds.

    A wood "bridge" was installed over the sidewalk awhile back for what I am assuming is temp utilities for the construction site. I have seen this area become a challenge for people with all the pedestrian traffic in the area. Today there was a gentleman who tried to go over it with his wheel chair but could not make it over it. The sidewalks have been removed across the street and he had nowhere to go but in the street. Can something be done with this?
