    Nearly every Sunday, what seems to be a motorcycle club gathers at Zydeco in City Market in Downtown Raleigh. There must be 50-75 members and they create unnecessary noise by revving up their engines for no reason other than to call attention to themselves. They are racing down Blount Street at excessive speeds, doing wheelies and ruining resident's and visitors' rights of quiet enjoyment of our area. Walking dogs, enjoying the city, eating outside - all of these things are totally impossible now. Please, City of Raleigh and/or the Raleigh Police Department, help us rid these people from our residential neighborhood. Thank you!

    The mounted RPD have been allowing their horses to defecate on small residential strips of grass on the corner of S. Blount in front of the Founder's Row Condos. These messes are never picked up (seen a few times, the corner of Davie and S. Blount). Why, when residents are charged $250 for not picking up pet waste, should the RPD feel it is OK to allow huge horse waste to be left on the tiny strips of grass that we all have to keep clean for our dogs to walk? We appreciate all the RPD does for its citizens, but it should be imperative they follow the same rules as its citizens regarding animal waste. Especially horse waste considering the size of the waste, summer coming, flies, etc.

    On corner of Davie & Blount Streets, the ONE WAY ARROW SIGN is flipped, making it seem as if vehicles can travel north on Blount Street, which is a street moving south only. This needs fixing right away before someone gets hurt. Thank you.

    On the intersection of Davie and Blount Streets in downtown Raleigh, there should be a sign on the traffic light with the "no left turn" or "no right turn" symbol. We live right on this corner, and I can personally attest that many cars go the wrong way due to this missing information on the traffic light. There is a "one way" arrow, but it isn't in the right place. In fact, there are several corners downtown that need clearer signs on the traffic lights to point out one way traffic. I hope Raleigh will take care of this before someone gets hurt. Thank you.
