    1900 Block Oakdale Avenue Richmond, Virginia - Rosedale
    The VDOT right-of-way on I-95 behind this block is overgrown and full of trash. This has been going on for literally years. It has been reported to VDOT with no action. It's a steep bank that can't be seen from the highway (out of sight, out of mind) but it's highly visible from the properties in this block and horribly unsightly. Please help us get action from VDOT to clean up this mess.

    The alley behind the 1900 block of Oakdale Avenue on the highway side needs to be graded and paved or graveled. Also, there is no drainage so it floods behind 1903, 1905, and 1907 with just a little rain.

    This is the same issue as #1395916 - the hole has opened up again and water is gushing. Last time it was a broken water main - guessing whatever repair was done didn't hold as the pavement is collapsing and water is running out. It took many many dump truck loads of gravel to fill the huge hole they dug last time - this isn't a minor repair. Just as an aside it would be nice if they started working before evening this time, as they worked right out in front of our house, late into the night, and it was very noisy. Thanks.

    Behind 1900 Block Of Oakdale Avenue Richmond, VA - Rosedale
    This block backs up to I-95, and the bank of I-95 is littered with trash. I hoped that while they were doing the bridge work, maybe someone would notice and have the appropriate people take care of it, but the bridge work on Westwood seems to be complete and it's still a mess. I know it's a difficult place to get to, but there are people whose job it is to keep the highway right-of-ways free of litter and this place has been ignored for as long as I've lived in the neighborhood. I have complained to VDOT with no response.
