    This streetlight was previously reported and it seems that it now has power. The problem is that it comes on only for about 2 minutes at full strength then goes dark for about 5 minutes and starts the cycle over again. Would much appreciate DTE looking at and repairing it as we walk by this in the evening. Thank you.
