    Every so often, the light at the corner of Wissahickon and Chelten will be stuck on green facing Wissahickon forcing cars on Chelten to turn against the red light. I noticed this today when I heard cars honking and watched the intersection. I've noticed it two other times and called 311 those times. Didn't write down the reference number because I was driving in my car those times and couldn't, so I don't know if Streets came and fixed it or it fixed itself.
