In front of 26 Houston Avenue property owned by the Town floods during rainstorms . Large puddles present hazards during winter and great inconvenience at other times.

Although the water cover that is at the intersection of Ballard and Houston was dug out and cemented, it is now WORSE than ever. The job was not completed, an orange cone was left in place that has since been knocked to the sidewalk. This is the third attempt to resolve this.

Brand new sidewalk now deteriorating in area of 70 Lincoln. This should be under warranty.

Numerous craters and crevices that are worsening daily on Ballard Street.

Road is loaded with deep crevices and expanding pot holes. It is growing worse each day.

Sidewalks need to be plowed. The sidewalk plow route ALWAYS included Ballard Street. This morning the sidewalk plow was doing Winter Street. I was surprised that it did not also do Ballard, which has always been part of the route map for sidewalk plowing. - P. Manoogian

Massive vehicle component destroying pothole(s) on Eastern Avenue. One constituent just lost a rim and tire this morning. At the very least orange cones should be placed in the potholes for warning purposes. Ballard Street between Lincoln and Dudley also has a number os smaller, but ever growing, potholes.

It has been brought to my attention by a resident of Ballard Street that the new handicap ramp on the corner of Ballard and Lincoln has an excessive elevation ABOVE the old road surface at Lincoln. This appears to be a credible concern, and one that would be resolved if and when the intersection it self is resurfaced. However, in the meantime, a small apron of pavement would resolve this issue. - P. Manoogian

Metal fence posts for chain link fence near ramps by the coolers at Lobsterman's Landing are rotted and broken. The fence is not secure to the decking and thus present a danger to the public. Again, these posts are closest to the ramp nearest to the coolers.

Crosswalks at Ballard, Lincoln and Chestnut need painting. It is likely that this was not done due to the Lincoln Ave project which is now complete. Can we get this done soon?

Manhole cover at spencer and ballard, on ballard, is making a racket when vehicles drive over it.

Walking from Central and Lincoln to Myrtle and Lincoln, on the Easterly side reveals a collection of trash, lottery tickets, papers and road dirt that can only be characterized as "disgusting." The barrels are overflowing with fast food related trash. This is the worst I have seen Cliftondale in quite some time.

In front of Northeast Automotive there is a pronounced dip in the road, likely caused by a previous repair that has now settled. It's getting worse causing traffic to veer to the left as they approach from Winter,

Last Summer DPW and Agganis Construction replaced water valves on Ballard Street near the traffic lights. The patched road has now "sunk" to the point where it is causing cars to drive around it thus creating a safety hazard.

Two of the catch basin ccovers located between Newhall and Lincoln (but physically on Ballard Street) have clogged grate openings. These grates have openings that are slanted. As such, they clog easily and should be placed on a seasonal maintenance schedule. I have reported this before and it was cleaned. However, it should not be necessary to re-report an issues that is an on going maintennance related item.

The bridge on Central Street (over the Saugus River by the Mills) is overgrown with weeds and fauna so much so that pedestrians using the sidewalk find passage difficult. Last year the Summer help took care of this. Can you have them get on this as soon as possible?

Men's room toilet loose and flush handle broken. Also, handicapped space was to be relocated and has not happened yet.
