Unsafe for pedestrians

Constant accidents happening at 30th and MLK. And there is no cross walk, either, making it unsafe for pedestrians. 30th and MLK is a place where many people cross the street in order to reach Telegraph ave, through the freeway underpass. Had my parked vehicle totaled by a speeding car recently at this intersection, too. We need a traffic light here, or something like it ASAP.
