Could we please get some bike racks at the park? Right now there are no racks that I know of at the park and it would be nice for residents and patrons of the park to have a designated place to park there bikes. Thank you!

Would love to see 1-2 u-racks put outside this restaurant as right now there is no place for riders to put their bikes other than on the ground or lean them up against the building. Thank you!

Would love to see the issue of bike equity in our neighborhood addressed with a bike share station, as well as making this a truly inclusive program by putting it in inner city neighborhoods like Whalley.

Storm drain at the corner of Whalley Ave on the side of the street with the empty corner lot completely blocked by leaves which is going to cause flooding issues next time it rains. Will also cause issues crossing street and accessing bus stop as huge pond will form.

This is not an issue report but a huge THANK YOU to Mayor Harp, Steve Fontana, deputy director Economic Development, and Giovanni Zinn, city engineer for helping us on the Whalley Avenue Main Streets Committee and putting in the new sidewalk sections on Whalley Avenue!

The committee went out last winter and walked all of Whalley between Broadway and Pendelton and took pictures and notes of the worst sidewalk sections on the Avenue, prepared a report and presented that to the mayor, who approved the funding to get the sections repaired.

Wanted to highlight this section of sidewalk in front of the Eblen's store as anyone who's ever walked along here knows that for years we've had to deal with a huge lift in the sidewalk from the tree. Not only was it unsightly, but it was dangerous to walk and very difficult to pass here for those with disabilities. Now we have a beautiful smooth sidewalk with room for the tree to grow and it's a much needed step to making the Avenue look better.

Vendors getting an early start on Whalley Ave. in violation of the ordinance that requires them to have tables with wheels. See vendors like this all up and down Whalley Avenue. Hopefully our new neighborhood specialist will make this one of his top priorities.

There are many people who bike to Edge of the Woods and having a bike rack out front would be a real benefit to both residents and visitors and fit in perfectly with the holistic nature of the store. Shoppers will now have a place to store their bikes safely & securely and having an anchor store like this with a bike rack would help to encourage other businesses to do the same.

Our new police substation is set to open in a few weeks and it would be great to have a bike rack right out front since there is a lot of biking done on Whalley Avenue. Having a bike rack would encourage more residents and visitors to bike along the Avenue because they will now have a place to store their bikes safely & securely. As a resident & rider who lives in the neighborhood, and speaking to our management team, we would love this!

When will Yale and/or the city open up the rest of the Canal Trail to cyclists and pedestrians??? This would make life much easier and faster for us to connect downtown, how it's finished soon!

Trash all over lot including many nip bottles and empty cigarettes cartons purchased from this store. Trash extends to side of property and onto sidewalk and tree belt on Winthrop. Business owners don't seem interested in keeping property clean, only in selling alcohol to people who then loiter, drink, and urinate on property and leave trash behind! WHENEVER we finally get our LCI specialist, they need to put this on a list of top priority items to be addressed.
