    There is a very deep pothole in the right, westbound lane of E. Broad St. near the on ramp to I-95. In combination with the poor pavement quality and low manhole covers, this stretch of road creates potential hazards. Please at least patch the pothole. Thank you.

    I applaud what seems to be a resurgence in enforcement of parking regulations in the City, especially ticketing and towing of illegally parked vehicles. However, if the purpose of the no parking restrictions from 4-6 p.m. on certain streets is to provide an additional travel lane, then police vehicles should not be parking there as that undermines the restriction and creates an obstacle to the flow of traffic. Please coordinate among traffic and law enforcement (incl. VCU police). Thank you.

    Assuming this is not technically the City's problem, but because it still reflects poorly on us, please note that a garbage bag has been in the pull-off area below Broad Street bridge over I-95 South for about a month. It's been there long enough for the bag to totally break down. Please clean up or, if it's not something the City can handle, please inform VDOT. Thank you.

    There is an abandoned, lid-less jumbo trash can in the alley generally behind this location, up against the eastern wall of the Health Dept. The can reads "Property of the City of Richmond."
