This site has not been worked on for at least a month. It looks like someone is installing a water line or gas line. There is a pile of dirt and gravel on each side of the street. There are steel plates covering the excavation. It looks to me like somebody started the work and left it when they weren't being paid. These dirt piles are eliminating much needs parking spots, the street can't be cleaned properly and garbage is piling up on the dirt piles.
