    To the PM in charge of SeeClickFix requests. Issues I've reported between one and six months ago, remain open without a peep from city staff. A periodic check-in would be appreciated. If it's not the avenue to ask for some of these requests, I'd love to know what is the preferred method, and who that would be.

    Regularly a lot of garbage left around and behind the bus stop on Turner Parkway and Admiral Callaghan. Possible to add a garbage can to the location? The bus stop belongs to SolTrans, Stop ID 824004

    Please paint the curb red a full 60 ft in front of the SolTrans bus stop on the west side of Sacramento Street, south of Virginia Street (Marina Towers). SolTrans buses are unable to park at the Marina Towers stop when someone parks in the only disabled parking spot on the street. It takes more than the length of the bus as the bus has to navigate safely to the curb and pull out again. The current stop is unsafe for passengers, as the residents often use mobility aids and have to navigate the curb into the street to board the bus.     A customer reported that trash on the ground is a problem at Rollingwood Dr & Keats Dr, Bus Stop ID: 822038. Is it possible to add a city trash can to that location?

    I'm reporting on behalf of our customer who pointed out that seniors riding the bus to the Legacy, must cross either at Florida and Sonoma or Capitol and Sonoma, and that many move slow and are afraid to cross because of traffic that barrels down Sonoma even running red lights. Would the City be willing to review the location to determine if it's possible to put in place mitigating measures to slow traffic near the Legacy once funding is available?

    I wanted to contact VPD to ask about a flier we recieved at our office about a missing person. I attempted to find a way to email the department, but couldn't, so attempted to report a Crime Tip from the new VPD website. The top of this page reads like this:

    I called the phone number and it said it couldn't accept a voice message. It's also strange that it identifies the form as only to report issues related to the zodiac case.

    This area continues to be an issue with homeless people living in the bus shelter for SolTrans' Route 4 across the street from the Courthouse.
    The homeless litter, shout profanities, drink, smoke, use it as a toilet, and make the location unusable for members of the public who want to use the bench to wait on a bus.

    The light at Sonoma and Florida is not triggering when a bus pulls up. A car from Sonoma has to be in the left hand turn lane to trigger the light. Per SolTrans bus drivers this can delay the route by minutes every trip. Can this be fixed. This started after the construction on Sonoma Fall 2019.

    Bus drivers have reported that the traffic light on eastbound Sereno at Broadway St, especially the left turn signal, periodically does not work. Drivers have sat for stretches of time as long as 10-15 minutes, before having to request the assistance of our road supervisors to hold traffic, or they have had to maneuver across 1-2 lanes to either proceed straight or turn right. This issue with the traffic light typically occurs early in the morning or in the afternoons, but it has been known to occur at other times throughout the day as well.

    Vehicles parking illegally in front of the bus shelter on the West side of Sacramento Street. It isn't red curbed or marked no parking, but the actual available parking spots are clearly marked; still, people park there, preventing access to the bus stop. Seniors living at the Towers have to walk in the street to the bus, or more importantly, those using a wheelchair can't get to the lift to board the bus.
