The wire trashcan on this corner has gone missing.
It was used a lot by both those walking to Kroger, and students walking to VCU.
Please replace it.

The problem: A traffic cone has been sitting in the deep pothole at the intersection of W Clay and Harrison for over a week now. The presence of this cone is resulting in an especially dangerous intersection.
The deep pothole at the intersection of W Clay and Harrison is situated in the center of the south bound lane of Harrison. Traffic heading south on Harrison was able to pass over the pothole (wheels on either side of it) without swerving. But the cone that's now in the pothole is too high for traffic to pass over. Traffic heading south on Harrison must now stop, wait for oncoming traffic to clear, then swerve into the oncoming lane to get past the cone.
The presence of the cone does warn of the pothole, but has resulted in the intersection being much more dangerous.
