This structure also poses a serious safety hazard for those traveling north bound on route 2 because a portion the tin roof is only being supported by a single concrete pole and is only several feet away from the road. Not to mention yet another useless and unkept eye sore in Guam. We must identify who's responsibility it is to resolve our abandon building issues.
