Question; Where does an organization send an invoice to the city for Street and Alley Maintenance?

Question, is a permit required to remove a dead tree that poses a safety issue with falling limbs each time there is heavy winds? The tree is very old and has a span of over 100 feet and about 50 feet tall.

Solicitation. I pass by this intersection (16th Street & 18th Avenue South at least 4 times a week. There is 'Always' someone working that corner. Sometimes (as in the photo) they sit in a Wheelchair and roll back and forth along the curb. They get out of the Wheelchair and put in on the sidewalk when a City Bus or Garbage Truck is going Westbound on 18 Avenue South. MAYBE... Just Maybe, an unmarked vehicle could 'Catch' these folks in action?

In the Alley just West of MLK South and 15th Ave, a power pole which caught fire about 2 months prior to Irma, then again a week after Irma hit and now 'SPARKS' during rains. The residents on this property do not maintain the foliage around them. In the photo you can see that the vines cover the power lines in every direction.

The photo shows exactly who tagged this and I am sure that the Police know who this person is. That person should be doing the clean-up.

On Saturday, August 11th, I called the SPPD about a traffic accident when a vehicle hit the curb at the Southwest Corner of Newton Ave South and MLK South and took out the Crosswalk Sign. Police never showed up but they advised that they would contact someone as School was starting on Monday.

Trail maintenance is to include the intrusion onto the trail of grass and trees. We reported this a month ago where some of the tree limbs are blocking the trail. It is about 100 yards South of the toll plaza. This is the worst, but there are at least 8 other places where limbs come onto the trail by a foot or two. In this phot the toll plaza is on the left.

The MLK Food Store (Formally Quickie) has LOUD music, which is verbally Offensive using all manners of foul and racist language AFTER 11PM almost Every Night. The Police have been called more than 40 times. When the Police arrive, the music stops but the next night it is on again. Most nights till after Midnight. Yes, they can play as loud as they wish until 11pm, but after 11pm it is not acceptable. The outdoor restroom facility behind the food market (Alley & Wall) should also be unacceptable as well. Had to use property maintenance issue as there was noting for Noise OR Sanitation.

Home was severely damaged in September by hurricane when tree fell through roof. Tarps covered the roof but have become torn allowing rain to get inside the building. The odor of Mold and Mildew spores fill the air. Local Children play around the falling down structure. The home is officially condemned, can anyone advise what the process and time table are for this home?

Items have been sitting since May 31. Twice Sanitation 1 posted put in for pick up and marks the issue closed. I went to put on a photo and it says "User is not authorized to comment on this issue" WHY, because I keep showing the issue is not closed? Here is the same chair that has been sitting out there since May 31... Tell me AGAIN how it is in for Pick UP???

Someone dumped furniture in the alley behind this address. Kids were playing with it about an hour after the photo was taken. They had the chair in the middle of the alley, etc.

On the bridge of the Skyway Trail there is 'LOTS' of small SHARP debris. We spoke with a Ranger and he said that a 3rd Party is PAID to 'Clean/Sweep/Maintain' the Trail on a regular basis, like every week or two. We can tell you that on our rides using that trail the SAME Whiskey bottle was there for more than 2 weeks as we used a Magic Marker on it. The Broken Glass shards give bicycles flats, the small pieces of Clam Shells are sharp and give bicycles flats. Net casting from the bridge bring up the clam shell pieces OR the people fishing clean their catch and empty the innards on the bike path. Who is it that gets paid?

Issue ID: 4031693 Reported on Jan 15, 2018 and dismissed on Jan 16, 2018 as you said it was a DOT problem not yours. The photo is from the original report. The second photo is May 06, 2018. It has gotten worse and NOTHING Has Been Done. Will the City of St Pete Protect the vehicles and school children that walk past there EVERY DAY???

Alley way behind home. These items have been sitting for almost three weeks. Are the Sanitation trucks without human drivers? Is it against the rules for them to call it in. Couch, Shelving units, Jumbo Toy Car, Toy Box, Car Came in, Trash Bags, Pink Laundry Bin, Broken Yellow Shopping Cart, Take out containers of White Styrofoam and cardboard Popeye's Chicken Boxes, Wooden Magazine Stand, The front grill of an automobile, An automobile Fender, Black Mattress, Plastic soda and milk containers. After looking as this mess for three weeks, I almost have it memorized. Can you please bring back Sanitation Vehicle Drivers that have eyesight? Please?

We are very happy that our neighbor recycles aluminum cans. But the sugar content within the cans attract rats which also tear apart the plastic bags containing those cans. Does the city have bigger stronger containers for 30+ large bags to help my neighbor?

As a Volunteer with Keep Pinellas Beautiful there is a spot along the Pinellas Trail that is not Beautiful. The Fence has fallen down in several places, you can see where debris and dirt have been pushed upon sections of fencing forcing it to bow out onto the trail. Wooden pallets stacked over 10 feet high and two to three piles deep are home to rats, some of which you can see coming out onto the trail in the early mornings and evenings. Since this is the second or third time reporting this... AND since I took the time to take these photos... I am hoping someone from Codes will look into this and assist the owner with maintenance.
