So I look outside to see how much snow we got overnight, and see trash cans along this side of Wick Rd have been knocked over by the snow plows, and since the trash never got picked up yesterday as scheduled by Rizzo who I'm learning brings all the crap about privatization of municipal services has come with them, mix that in the blender with the timing of the plows. and you get everyone whose cans were full now have their trash spilled all over - so as I'm opening my blinds, a Rizzo truck stops next door and picks up the trash all over the neighbor's yard, then moves along skipping all the trash that isn't spilled - like mine - it looks like we're not getting it collected at all, let alone a day late, so it'll be trash roulette for the residents on Wick Rd this week - a present from Rizzo just in time for Christmas.

During pm rush hr traffic on northbound US24, Telegraph Rd. traffic that backs up from the red light at VanBorn Rd. slows underneath the I94 overpass to the point it creates a solid line of cars that blocks traffic trying to merge from the eastbound !94 off ramp and the westbound I94 off ramp to southbound US24.
A police presence during this period of time that would deter traffic that tends to ignore the timing of the traffic light ratio to the available open distance before the backup from the light at VanBorn would help traffic flow significantly.
I know this is a traffic light timing problem whose responsibility is not the city of Taylor's , but the problem it causes is here, and yes I've sent this concern to morosir@michigan.gov, wish a fix would happen to the timing of those lights.

The bottom of the can is cracked halfway around the base I think the cold or being dropped hard by the mechanical arm on the collection truck (IDKY), just hope it doesn't let go and dump out through the bottom when it's getting picked up.
