Lighted sign for South San Francisco Blvd on the north side of Sister Cities is burned out. Can this just be replaced with a normal retroreflective one? Seems cheaper and better...

The camera which detects left turn occupancy does not detect black cars in shadow. On numerous occasions, I have had to sit through several full cycles before finally giving up and turning without the light. Please adjust the sensitivity.

Is there any way to add markings to the sidewalk so that drivers know to keep at least 36" clear for ADA? People parking on the sidewalk often block all of it.

Please consider removing the no turn on red restriction here. Sight lines are excellent and pedestrian traffic is non-existent, so I don't see the downside risk.

Please reopen archived request 10571349 (South City ID: 60998). While that case claims that a shield was installed on 8/16, as of 9/10 there is no shield on the light. Also, confirming that we are requesting a shield to block light bleeding toward the north side of the street (odd-numbered houses).

Please trim the trees on the south side of Sister Cities Blvd to make the signal heads at Airport Blvd visible from eastbound traffic. Thanks!

Coming out of the lower level of the Girard Point Bridge, there are always slow-moving cars in the passing lane. Police should enforce PA state law that slower traffic MUST stay right except to pass.
  • South St & Interstate 76 Philadelphia, PA - Cobbs Creek

When this light timing was updated earlier this year, it switched the right turn signal from the expressway to South Street before the full-green signal. This would be great, but drivers often expect that their signal will be after the full green, and therefore don't notice when the light actually turns green.

Add another light, closer to eye level, to catch the attention of right turning drivers. Or take away their licenses. Really doesn't matter to me.

  • 3000 South St Philadelphia, PA - Cobbs Creek

Motorists scared of merging from the left onto the Schuylkill in both directions slow down and frequently stop on these ramps. This makes merging more difficult and causes traffic jams on the mainline at almost any time of day.

To encourage drivers to either merge properly or use a ramp that requires less skill, add "DO NOT STOP ON RAMP" sign near the left and right turn signals.

  • 22nd And Race Philadelphia, PA - Logan Square

Race St. has virtually no traffic (pedestrian or vehicular) at this intersection, yet it has a long green that interrupts the flow of traffic on 22nd St.

At the very least, re-time this light and synchronize it with the 21st and Race intersection. The better solution would be to install induction loops and pedestrian request buttons and making this an on-request only intersection.

  • S Christopher Columbus Blvd Philadelphia, PA - Riverfront
All of the signals on this section of Columbus Blvd need to be synchronized. The massive backups that occur here are solely due to poor signal timing.

Ever since the timing on this light was changed in February, rush hour traffic backs all the way back to 21st St on I-676 West. Cars trying to get onto 76 East cannot get around the long queue on the ramp. The light needs to be retimed back to the way it was immediately.
