This construction site is an accident waiting to happen. The mess from this corner lot regularly spills out onto the sidewalk, endangering school kids who use it to get to Riverside School. The neighborhood has had to live with this site for more than two years now. Bursts of activity are followed by long periods where the site appears abandoned. We don't mind the mess on site as much as the safety hazards in the right of way. Please talk to the owner (again) and get them to ensure the site is left safe after the infrequent times when they are actually building a McMansion. Thanks. (It's not you; it's them.)

Trash container next to the bus stop in Jugtown is missing its can insert. Rubbish, including dog waste, is accumulating where the can should be.

Is there is an ordinance on the books limiting the amount of time a piece of heavy equipment can be stored on private property? This backhoe has been on site since last summer and hasn’t been used since fall. (Some in the neighborhood wanted to decorate it for the holidays.) Can it stay there indefinitely? Also, property owner might want to repair the fencing surrounding this future construction site. Parts have blown over.

Previous solid waste receptacle was not removed by hauler today. Was clearly marked as trash. Several other cans also were not removed.

Not an abandoned television set, but similar e-waste — a microwave oven — left out to block the pedestrian access to a public building. Isn’t this The kind of appliance that requires special disposal, as opposed to being left out on a sidewalk to be a tripping hazard?

Once again, the owner of the restaurants abutting Sylvia Beach Way ignores health concerns and pedestrian access to a public building by leaving an unattended open container of food waste and other garbage on land owned by the municipality. I know a warning was issued and assurances were made, but all of those have been ignored. Also, an employee of one of the restaurants (not pictured) was smoking a cigarette out here in violation of municipal ordinance.

I know you are off today, and best wishes for the holidays. That said, trash was collected on all surrounding streets except for one: Wilton. Any way you could squeeze in a call to the hauler? Thank you for providing good customer service to the people of Princeton.
