    Bicycle lane is in conflict with travel lane. Improper use of traffic calming device. There should either be a Bicycle box providing cyclists priority or provide a separate bicycle lane as it was before. If more guidance is needed, please refer to the National Association of City Transportation Officials Urban Street Design Guide, or American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials Guide for the Development of Bicycle Facilities.

    Suggestion: put up two do not enter signs R5-1 on this intersection. On multiple occasions, vehicles have gone down School Street which is a one way.

    The community is finally turning around but this house is an eye sore and dumping ground. There's been rodents, and crime deriving from this abandoned property creating a health hazard and complications to public safety. This issue needs to be resolved to help complete the turn around.
