    6123 St Andrews Lane Richmond, Virginia - Country Club Of Virginia
    A gas leak repair on jan 7 resulted in a large patch in the pavement adjacent to the Country Club of VA. Over the last week, the patch has turned into a large sunken pit that is a potential axle breaker. It's 8-10" deep. At the minimum, a warning cone should be placed on the spot and the repair should occur asap.

    4010 Patterson Ave Richmond, Virginia - Malvern Gardens
    There is a large piece of the concrete sidewalk that has completely broken off and is resting on the tree roots. The piece is very heavy and is hazardous to the residents of the area who park on the street adjacent to the tree. The loose piece needs to be removed.
