There is a tree at the southeast corner of the intersection which needs to be heavily trimmed so that the traffic signal heads (both vehicular and pedestrian signals) can be visible . Please trim branches/foliage.

Overgrown tree foliage in northwest corner of the intersection is blocking the view of newly installed traffic signal heads for southbound vehicles. Please trim tree branches.

Overgrown bush and tall uncut grass are creating access issues for our electricians. Access to the traffic signal controller cabinet for maintenance is hampered due to the overgrown bush and uncut grass. Please trim /remove bush and cut grass. see attached photo taken this morning.

Low hanging branches of a tree at the SW corner of Jefferson and Zug Island are likely to create obstruction to the visibility of signs for the signalized intersection and Railroad crossing. MDOT has asked us to get the tree trimmed for safety concerns.

At the southwest corner of the intersection, there is a tree.Please trim lower tree branches that could block the traffic signs at the intersection of Jefferson and Zug Island. We were asked by MDOT to trim tree to help visibility and improve safety of this Railroad track and signals.

overgrown bushes blocking access to traffic signal controller cabinet at SE corner of Buchanan and junction. Please clear bushes

Heavy overgrown brushes make it very hard and hazardous to access the traffic signal controller box. Please clear brush in front of controller box to help City Electrician access it .

Please trim branches of tree blocking the view of Stop Sign at southeast corner.

Please clear overgrown grass/ vines near the traffic signal controller as shown on the attached picture to help facilitate access to the signal controller.

The catch basin at the NW corner of Forest and Van Dyke has sunk below pavement level and creates a pot hole-like dip on the driving surface. Needs attention. See attached photo.

Overgrown Tree foliage is blocking Stop Sign visibility at NW corner of Concord and Mack. Please trim the overgrowth and make Stop Sign visible.

There are a lot of overgrown bushes by the sidewalk and in the vacant abandoned house at the corner just next to the railroad crossing which makes the visibility very poor at the stop bar. Please have the foliage removed. is there any way to force the property owner to clear up the overgrown bushes too.

Bricks and other debris falling from a vacant building at the SE corner of Chene and Palmer are lying on the sidewalk and need to be cleared for pedestrian safety. Citizen of the area complains that more objects fall on windy days and could potentially cause harm to pedestrians. I am not sure if this is the correct agency. Please forward to the correct agency so that the matter gets addressed.
