    beat up white Lexus abandoned at least two weeks ago. I watched the dump, happened quickly with a slim black male with jeans, white T, braids, quicly parking and jumping into a waiting vehicle. License plate is 6HLD159

    There is a broken irrigation pipe that has been broken in the park for over a year. There is a deep hole in the upper field that is obscured by grass that is very dangerous. A person or dog could easily step in it and break their leg. There is also water pooling nearby from the same pipe that has created a perfect breeding ground for mosquitoes. I know Parks and rec is aware because they tried to mark it with a parking cone, but it gets moved all the time.

    I posted this issue several years ago and nothing was done. It was acknowledged here and I was told to call animal services, which is no easy task since you NEVER get anyone on the phone, just get bounced around. Don't tell me to call them, I won't do it. The address where the dog is tied up EVERY DAY is 1842 38th ave I believe. There is a gate with a shared lot and as you enter, there is a church on the right of the driveway and an apartment building on the left. The left is where the dog is tied up, sometimes to a staircase up to the second floor. Again, I first reported this issue probably 3 years ago!!! Every day since then, that dog has lived it's life tied up there. Uncool.

    1221-1399 38th Avenue Oakland, California - Fruitvale Station
    The traffic signal at 38th avenue to cross International, heading towards Foothill, NEVER changes unless there is a car coming the opposite direction. It will literally stay red for 10 minutes or more until a car stops at the light in the other, less traveled, direction. It's been this way for well over a year, possibly 2, public agencies have been notified numerous times, so I'm posting it here. Fix the damn light!!!
