two family house plus another apartment building have been abandoned for at least 6 years. Windows are boarded although recently front first floor board had been partially removed. I was inside this home prior to its abandonment and it was a very livable space for a family.

70 East Grand has been vacant since July of 2012, after . being severely damaged during an auto accident. The house was repaired but remains empty. The grass has not been cut all summer and is quite high.

I went to the Criterion on 2/24, hoping to park in the Temple St. garage. NO garages in the area were open. I don't mind parking on the street but I know many people who hesitate coming into the city. Criterion staff didn't have any answer altho they do validate parking in the Temple St. garage. This is not a way to welcome suburban movie goers!
