    I am the Personal Representative (executor) of the estate of the late property and account owner. I have been paying the bills and the account is current. Two days ago, I received a letter (dated June 8, 2021 !) threatening to terminate services unless I called the Customer Service Dept. by today. I called numerous times but could not get through to anyone, first due to closure from the storm, then today because the message said they were too busy. I went to the web-site, but there is no function there to use about this problem. I just need to keep the power on in the house a few more weeks until it can be sold. Please help!

    It appears the population and activities of raccoons in our neighborhood have significantly increased in recent months. They come around every night (often in pairs) and, over the past week, I have seen them wandering around the neighborhood, even in daylight hours. We are concerned for our children, pets and ourselves due to the rabies risk the raccoons may present. It can also be pretty startling bumping into them in your yard in the evenings. When I searched for "animal control" on your web-site, I found only "rodents" as a choice. Is there not anything the City can do to reduce the raccoon population or, at least, place some kind of repellents around the neighborhood? Thank you.

    Someone knocked out sections of asphalt at edge of the street, right in front of our driveway, leaving a long and dangerous pothole that needs to be patched. It will only get bigger if not patched soon. A photo of the damage is attached. Please feel free to call one of us if there are any questions.
