Is e City of Fremont possibly not understanding the purpose of this site? Understandably it is new technology. The City has obviously agreed to participate so they should handle the responses appropriately. Unfortunately, every reply from the City on here references a phone number to call or email address to write to get the problem fixed. That is not the purpose of this site. This site is called "See Click FIX", not 'See Click Get A Phone Number to Call to Get It Fixed".

Only two of the issues reported on here in Fremont been corrected and closed out. The one major issue I reported many months ago hasn't been corrected. Doesn't seem like reporting concerns on this site does any good. Or perhaps Fremont doesn't care or doesn't have any money to fix their infrastructure.
