There is a huge old Motorhome with no tags parked on the side front of this property now, and it is being revved up either either the engine or generator. This old Motorhome is in violation of Code to remain parked on their property and not behind a fence.

There is a huge old Motorhome with no tag parked there on the street in front of the house for two days now with no plates and they are also up the engines very late at night. It cannot stay there and it’s blocking the road. Now they’ve moved it to the side but it is not allowed by code to be there either. It’s a dilapidated mess of a Motorhome. There is also a person living in the garage of this property!

MGeble from your division closed my complaint, saying this road will be paved in 2025. That is Unacceptable! This road is in immediate need for paving and is crumbling. Telling the owners they have to wait until money is available, is completely unacceptable since the City just reported millions of dollars they are diverting from the Covid Relief fund to other areas of poor maintenance. Well, this is One of the Areas the City has neglected, and needs to focus on too. Every homeowner on this street pays property taxes, and deserves the roads maintained, which they are not, and have not been maintained for years. Move the schedule up to pave this street please, or I will go before the City Counsel and also seek the Mayor's assistance. The way the City of St Petersburg is handling this area is NOT Equity. It's completely deriliction of it's duties. Besides not maintaining this street, the entire NW area of St Pete by Tyone is a Mess. Homeless are moved and living behind Chick Filet, and Homegoods. The Mall areas is a filthy mess along the City owned medians, especially in front of McDonalds. Clean up your City! But first, pave this long overdue street that is coming apart and patching will no longer work. No way should this issue have been closed! It is not resolved until the road is paved.

There is a large chunk of road that is broken up by the curb. I keep reporting that 67th Way, the entire street is long overdue for needing new pavement but the city just keeps patching and throwing a thin streaky sealant that doesn’t work anymore. There is no equity in the way the City of St Petersburg treats this area, because I’ve complained about this street and the cross street on 28th Ave for years now, that they desperately need paving and it just gets worse with no action from the City. This street needs the pavement replaced, please maintain these roads and order them repaved asap! Thank you

Overgrown City Park easement, the City fails to maintain. It is an eyesore and needs the trees cutback and bushes trimmed and grass cut now and on a regular basis.

The entire street has big cracks in it, the curbs are crumbling, and large parts of the surface has broken up and gaps in pavement. It is long overdue for paving! The bonding put on the street is not working and it also looks horrible.

This started out as a sinkhole in the paved street and the city did a repair and left it incomplete this way. It's a mess and an eyesore and needs paving and patching.

There is a pothole that is growing at the tip of where the city did a repair. The problem is the entire street is decomposing and needs paving ASAP! Also on the next street, 67th Way North, that street is crumbling on the sides. The city threw a product on it instead of paving it, but it’s horrible and not working. The City needs to pave these streets ASAP. It’s a disgrace that it hasn’t been done much sooner. Stop trying to prolong these streets with inadequate repairs. They need paving, please schedule to pave.

The entire Sunset Drive North road and adjoining streets has oil drippings on the road from the garbage trucks. The road needs cleaning on both sides of the street.

The lake is an overgrown filthy mess. There virtually is no water for the wildlife. It’s swamp and totally overgrown and smells like sewer is being pumped in. The filter grading is clogged with debris and stinks. I have NEVER seen this park lake such a filthy mess.

The garbage truck is dripping oil in front of my driveway when it picks up the garbage. There are a lot of drip marks all over the street in front of the driveway where I place my garbage can.

I witnessed the owner walking his great dane and he is purposely leaving bags of dog feces in front of homes and also dropping the dog feces in front of homes. My camera caught him, in addition to witnessing him doing this.

Heavy Mosquito activity around dusk towards evening. So heavy we cannot go out in our back yard or patio or front yard around dinner time.

The power pole between my house and my neighbors, is severely covered with overgrowth from the trees and vines, covering the power connections and interfering with service of cable and others.

I am reporting that from the 3100 - 3300 Blocks of Sunset Drive No., the mosquitoes are VERY heavy, and the city has not sprayed to reduce the heavy population coming from the islands in the bay waters. With all the rain it is extremely bad this year, to the point you cannot be out at dusk at all without getting severely bitten.

The city owned park/ easement is overgrown and in disarray. It needs maintenance to cut the grass and bushes back asap. The city hasn't maintained it in months and it looks terrible as an overgrown mess and is infested with mosquito's. The city needs to send out grounds maintenance asap.

The Street light on Sunset Drive No., at 32nd Ave. is out. Please replace the light as soon as possible because the street is very dark and cars have been broken into in the recent months.

The Storm Drain Concrete Covers are both moved off their surface and pushed back too far. They need to be realigned on the Drain. The opening is dangerous for animals to fall into and children as well.
