    A sick Coyote has been seen in the Los Griegos Neighborhood. The coyote appears to be very malnourished and has possible mange based on his thin hair and appearance of his skin. The animal cannot move very fast and does not appear to be afraid of humans.

    The street light was knocked over in April 2015 (18 months ago) by an out of control car. There have been no working street lights this entire time. This will be at least my 5th attempt to have this repaired. These lights are not PNMs responsibility and are owned and maintained by the CABQ. (Do not tell me to contact PNM as Joseph Ingoglia 311 Operations Manager had confirmed this is the city's responsibility). This area is dangerous for pedestrians and it is affecting crime on the block. This area is so dark someone actually managed to steal the entire driveshaft from my truck while it was parked no more than 5 get from one of the busiest streets in the city. More than a year to have missing street lights replaced and repaired is insane!

The APD doesn't care about the stolen wire and sends me here and 311 sends my to PNM who sends me to 311. The 2100 block of coal Ave SE has a single working street light.
