    The property at 5285 Dover St NE has been abandoned for more than seven years, is rat infested and overgrown.

    The plastic roof repair tarp has been in place so long the wind has shredded it. The mortgagee (in foreclosure) will not respond.

    The abandoned (in foreclosure) property at 5285 Dover St N has rats which are now climbing the exterior wall of my garage.I live in the adjacent property at 5269 Dover St NE.

    This problem has been reported in the past but the rats remain. Surely this is a health hazard and a code violation. Please do something.
