Tree limbs/ trash put out a week and a half ago on the front curb instead of on Forest Lane. When the heavy rain and winds came on 1/9/2024 Tuesday, it blew all down the sidewalk in other people yards to include in front of my house 1819 19th St So.

Mobile home trailer illegally parked on vacant property. it was moved from 1900 18th Ave So 8/28/2023 about 5:30PM to this new location. It has been finding spots through Southside St. Petersburg without owner's knowlege, especially where there is " No Trespassing " sign. They just take up resident on vacant lots.

This large mobile trailer hasn't not been moved. Visiting male in truck came last night and now.

During Martin Luther King Jr Day, after earlier functions, Black individuals and cars piled up on this lot and plenty police came and cleared them out and there were signs posted about trespassing. But it's home for the White woman and company that come over.
I guess there are laws for Blacks that doesn't apply for Whites.

Please put a stop today!

This property has not been maintained by the Investors over the years. Now this mobile home/camper has made home here today. Previously for weeks it was parked on the street right off of 19th Street South on 19th Avenue South. But now has made home on this lot. The next thing will be homeless putting up tents. This area is already crime infested. Please do something about this as soon as possible.

The city on a put dirt over some of the holes. This area really requires some type of paving and not dirt. Otherwise, vehicles coming through and with rain will wash the dirt away still leaving a hole.

Just because it's in the black neighborhood these people want to avoid correct procedures to fix the store.

This vacant lot has been reported before and have yet to be cleaned off nearly a year. It is a sore to the neighborhood.

Parking constantly on the wrong side of the street (no parking on West side) and on tree line, especially evenings.

Sanitation didn't pick up my garage today even after I called. The lady said they were running late and was still out about 4PM, but no one came to pull out trash.
