Went out front this morning to find someone had dug around the utility pole out front, exposing the decayed and rotting wood. Whoever it was laid down cardboard to put the dirt on from the excavation. Wondering who (JPL?) did this, are they planning a replacement, will that interrupt the power on Maclean Street, will whatever planned work block access to my driveway a foot away, and if they are planning to leave the cardboard so long it kills the grass? No one has contacted me to let me know what is happening and what disruptions I can expect from this action.

Cars coming out of the new apartment building lot at the site of the Masonic Lodge corner of John and Maclean Sts are consistently turning the wrong way on Maclean to go to John St, then turning left, the wrong way, onto John. Can we get some signage up at the end of Maclean so people know which is the correct way to turn? There will be 10-20 new neighbors stuffed into this building when at capacity. Also a sign across from the parking lot with an arrow or painted on the entrance area to help them navigate this area.

For some reason the trash truck picked up trash from neighbors on both sides. I saw them just pass me by but couldnt get out there to run after them. I have a box that is not suitable for recycling sitting there full of trash and they drove right on by to my neighbor who also had several boxes and they took them, no problem. And on down the street.

Marked as residential but I think this is borough land. The grass at the northwest corner of the intersection of Mt Lucas and Jefferson at the stop sign is too high to see past at the stop sign. I have to pull out into the intersection to see past it so I can proceed safely northbound on Mt Lucas. Safety hazard.
