The road construction crew took away our trash cart on Thursday (yesterday). Can we have it returned or replaced please?

Please remind the construction crew on Buena Vista not to block the sidewalks. With the street closed, this is the only way in to our neighborhood. Getting to my house requires me to walk around a barricade, over construction materials and tools, and then wait for the construction crew to move their chairs so I can get by. This is the second time I've filed a report, so if you can find a permanent solution that would be good.

The January 24, 2018 letter to residents from the city concerning the street work on Buena Vista stated that "local access for vehicular and pedestrian traffic will be maintained". But right now both sidewalks and the street are closed to pedestrians. The only way through is via private property. Please open a path for pedestrians through the construction area. This is an important route both for Slauson students and local residents.

There is a trash cart in front of my house that isn't mine. Please remove it.

There is no sidewalk on the west side of 1st between Miller and Kingsley, and the sidewalk on the east side has been closed for construction. This forces pedestrians into the street, which is not safe here because of the high speeds and limited visibility. Please provide some place for people to walk safely on this block.

Asphalt sidewalk in front of 401 Oakbrook is in poor shape. Residents here are elderly, and many use walkers or wheelchairs. They report that this sidewalk is impassable for many of them.

The curb ramp at the southeast corner of Stadium and Seventh, facing north across Stadium, has been blocked by snow for several days. Please ask the property owner (AAPS) to clear this, and remind them of their responsibilities for snow removal.

Bike rack in front of Himalayan Bazaar has been knocked over and partially uprooted.

Midblock crosswalk does not have any pavement markings. Per MVC 257.10 this is not legally considered a crosswalk without the markings. Please install crosswalk markings consistent with section 3B.18 of the MUTCD.

There is a very large advertising sign on the north side of Stadium Blvd that is in violation of title V chapter 61 5.508(1) "Prohibited Signs": "Signs which incorporate in any manner or are illuminated by any flashing, intermittent, or moving lights." Please talk to the property owner and have this sign removed.

There is a car parked in the sidewalk. Please remove it.

Cars often speed down the hill here and cross the Lutz crosswalk at excessive speed. They also often pass other cars by illegally crossing the double yellow line. I observed such an incident on 22 June around 8:50pm but it happens frequently. This is a dangerous situation and needs to be fixed immediately.
