    Kalorama Rd NW at the corner of Connecticut Ave NW is in a state of disrepair. This section on the north side of the street is particularly dangerous for those on bicycles. This section of street has been like this for at least 4 months. Please fill the hole and smooth the street for cyclists and drivers.

    There is a large tree branch that has been left for pick up in front of 1401 S St NW. Part of the tree is projecting into the sidewalk (see attached image). Please remove this storm debris.

    The SE corner of 14th and U has a sheet of ice that is slippery and dangerous for all of the pedestrians along this busy stretch sidewalk. Please hold the landlord/tenant responsible as this issue is not safe .

    S street between 13th and 14th is in a state of disrepair. This section on the north side of the street, closest to 14th is particularly dangerous for those on bicycles. This section of street has been like this for at least 30 days. Please fill the hole and smooth the street for cyclists and drivers.

    Due to the ongoing construction at Washington Circle, the cross walk on the south side of the Circle at 23rd street is now VERY dangerous. The white cross walk light is illuminated and the countdown begins, but vehicles in the circle still have a few seconds of green and yellow. This situation leads to cars barreling trough the intersection trying to make the yellow and coming very close to hitting people in the crosswalk. There was actually an instance of a driver blasting their horn at people in the cross walk because they were forced to wait today(11/15/2013 @ 530pm). Please assign a traffic engineer to change the timing of these signals as it is only a matter of time before someone is hurt with the current setup in place.

    There are bike racks in access corridor for the central parking garage that is in between the Carriage House and Ritz-Carlton. A few of the bicycles have no tires, bent tires, are are missing parts and have not moved since May of 2012 in both racks. Please remove these bicycles so that more parking is available in these racks.
