Playground equipment is displayed in the parking area for the business and is not screened from public view. Zoning Ordinance Section 9.17C.4.a. and b. require screening of sales area from public view and allow such sales in the parking area if sufficient parking remains available for existing uses. The parking area is very small and the playground equipment is taking a substantial portion of it. There is no screening of the playground equipment from public view.

The tenant appears to be Park and Sports, Inc., 14017 S. Gessner, Suite A, Missouri City 77489. Its registered agent for service is Ufuk Bayraktar, 9494 SW Fwy, Suite 400, Houston 77074.

The required shrubs screening the parking area have been removed in violation of Zoning Ordinance Section 11.9D.

The trees have had all branches and leaves removed in violation of Zoning Ordinance Section 11.2C "Plants shall be trimmed and maintained at natural shapes."

The residents that are adjacent to the new Stripes store are complaining about the light overflow into their homes from the Stripes development.

Please check the intensity of the light at the rear property line of Stripes to see if it exceeds .5 candle-foot

There is an open excavation filled with water that is draining across the sidewalk into the street. The caller suspects it is a leaking sewer line. Not sure who is responsible.
