    The crosswalk signal for southbound pedestrian traffic crossing from the median to the south side of E Cap at 13th St SE does not illuminate. I have seen multiple pedestrians nearly get hit. Drivers cannot see that it is out, and pedestrians cannot see that drivers have a green arrow until already in harm's way.

    This moving truck has been stored on our street for three days. It has not moved. We are zoned for 2 hour parking during business hours.

    The traffic volume along I St has changed dramatically since the opening of the 11th St SE Freeway entrance. This stretch of I St would benefit from no parking on the left side during morning rush hour and having a dedicated left turn lane at 11th St. The stretch approaching the stop sign at 12th should be divided into two lanes. Even with parking on both sides, it is plenty wide enough, and occasionally cars do this already.

    There are plenty of signs marking the 25 mph speed limit, but I see cars routinely doing 45+ to make the light at 21st traveling westbound. This intersection could benefit from a speed camera.

    Please remove all temporary signs. Two have already blown over and one is partially blocking the road. These signs are going to kill someone or cause severe property damage when they get picked up by the wind.
