Same vehicle I've reported multiple times to parking enforcement has not been ticketed for staying over the two-hour residential parking limit on Emerald St NE. I've worked from home and have not seen this car move. There are no visible visitor parking permits on this vehicle. I pay for my two-year residential parking permits and this person from out of state can park all day. Where is parking enforcement? DO NOT CLOSE THIS REPORT UNTIL THE VEHICLE IS FINED! There are also contractors from out of state that park on the street all day as well. Has parking enforcement been suspended on Emerald St? Can I get a refund on my residential parking permit?
